フォール･アウト･ボーイのピート･ウェンツに見出されてデビューした、アメリカはラスヴェガス出身のダンスエモ・ポップパンクバンド、Panic! at the Discoが2005年にリリースした1stアルバム。
現在はBrendon Boyd Urieのソロ・プロジェクトとして活動していますが、デビュー時はまるでテクノとロックが融合したようなバキバキなダンス・ロックを聴かせる4人組でした。
リリース毎に雰囲気を変え、今はソロのポップシンガーとして活動しているイメージが強いですが、この1stアルバムはデビュー作とは思えない素晴らしい才能を発揮していました！
